I put a ported ls2 manifold on about 3 weeks ago, but im 99.9% sure the hvac worked fine after i did that. the two lines coming out of the firewall are connected and in good condition, the brake booster line is connected but there is a 3rd connection on the back of the intake manifold that is not connected to anything, its in between the hvac and brake booster lines.
